Log in to the Event Dashboard
Open cso100.ereg.in on your mobile browser and log in using your event account email address and password.
- Use the email address linked to your exhibitor or event access.
- Enter your password and tap Login.
- If you cannot log in, use the password recovery option or contact support.
3 Dashboard
Open the Lead Scanning Options
After logging in, your dashboard will show the available lead scanning options.
- Scan A Lead opens the normal badge QR scanner.
- Setup Lead Questions lets you configure custom lead questions.
- Lead Report shows the leads captured by your team.
- Express Scan quickly scans and saves a lead.
4 Camera Permission
Allow Camera Permission
When you open the scanner for the first time, your phone will ask whether the website can use your camera.
- Tap Allow when prompted.
- The scanner needs camera access to read attendee badge QR codes.
- If you tap Don’t Allow by mistake, enable camera permission from browser settings.
If camera permission is denied, the QR scanner will not work.
5 Scan Lead
Scan the Attendee Badge QR Code
Once the camera opens, hold the attendee badge QR code inside the scanning area.
- Keep the QR code steady and clearly visible.
- Move closer if the QR code appears too small.
- Avoid glare, shadows and shaky camera movement.
For best results, scan in good lighting and keep the QR code sharp on screen.
6 Successful Scan
Review the Captured Lead
After a successful scan, the attendee details will be displayed on screen.
- Confirm that the attendee name is visible.
- Review the email address and company name.
- The lead is now available for follow-up and reporting.
A successful scan confirms that the lead has been captured.
7 Express Scan
Use Express Scan for Fast Capture
Express Scan is ideal when you want to quickly scan visitors at the booth without reviewing each lead in detail.
- Open Express Scan from the dashboard.
- Point the camera at the attendee badge QR code.
- Wait for the confirmation before scanning the next visitor.
Use Express Scan when the booth is busy and you need faster lead capture.
8 Lead Questions
Setup Lead Questions
Use Setup Lead Questions to collect additional qualification details for each scanned lead.
- Create custom questions for your booth team.
- Use clear labels so the team can fill details quickly.
- These responses can help your post-event follow-up.
9 Lead Report
View and Download Lead Reports
Open Lead Report to review all scanned contacts and use the report for follow-up.
- Review the list of captured leads.
- Check attendee details and custom responses.
- Download or share the data as required by your team.
10 Test QR Code
Try a Sample Lead Scan
Use this sample QR code to test the scanner before the event begins. Open the lead scanner on your phone and scan this QR code to confirm that the app is working correctly.
- Open Scan A Lead or Express Scan.
- Allow camera access if prompted.
- Point the scanner at this sample QR code.
- Once detected, the test lead should be captured successfully.
This QR code is only for testing the scan flow. Use real attendee badge QR codes during the event.
